We are thrilled to announce that Lighthouse Global has officially been certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the Minnesota Unified Certification Program (MnUCP)! As two women and first-generation immigrants, this certification marks a significant milestone in our journey and reinforces our commitment to creating impactful solutions for our clients.
Obtaining this certification required meeting rigorous requirements, including proving that at least 51% of our business is owned and controlled by individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged.
We are grateful for the support and encouragement from our team, partners, and clients who have been with us every step of the way. A special thank you to Rosa Tock for providing her support and guidance as we learned to navigate this process, to Igbal Mohammed and Kailleen Perez for the fantastic support to get our certification and their serviced to the business community.
This achievement is not just a recognition of our hard work, but also a testament to the possibilities that arise when diversity and inclusion are prioritized in the business world.
